RETURNS

Only new and unworn merchandise (with the original label still attached) will be accepted within 21 days of the original purchase date to receive a refund. Any merchandise that arrives after the 21 day period will only be eligible for an exchange. We reserve the right not to accept any returns which do not conform to these conditions.

FAQ

Do you provide International delivery?

 

Standard International delivery will usually take 3-5 days via Royal Mail Tracked and Signed Service (depending upon location and customs clearance at destination).  Purchasers will be responsible for payment of any import taxes levied by local customs authorities prior to delivery.

 

How do I return an item?

hatcouturemillinery@gmail.com to discuss options for refunds/exchange of any items that you wish to return.  If accepted for return, items should be replaced in original packaging and returned to the address shown on the original label.
